Frontida Assisted Living in Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking compassionate team members to assist residents with daily personal care and daily living needs.

You will work under the Nurse Manager supervision, support meals, light housekeeping, and respond promptly to call lights, contributing to a safe, friendly community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (dressing, grooming, bathroom, bathing, walking/transferring)
• Medication administration under supervision of Nurse Manager after training
• Assist with resident meals, dining room setup and cleanup
• Provide light housekeeping (dusting, trash, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
• Answer resident call lights promptly and assist as needed
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and families

• Assist residents with personal care needs (such as dressing, grooming, using the bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring)
• Medication administration (following medication training class and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager)
• Assist with resident meals, including serving, dining room setup/clean up
• Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
• Answer resident call lights promptly and assists as needed
• Promote teamwork and have a positive attitude
• Enjoys providing residents with outstanding customer service
