Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods in Wisconsin's Plymouth area is seeking a Bulk Transfer associate to support production lines with bulk cheese, anticake, and other ingredients. You will also return unused portions to the cooler and transfer materials to appropriate areas.

The role offers wage progression: starting at $24.81 per hour, rising to $25.81 at 90 days, and $26.80 after one year, with a safety-conscious, climate-controlled, smoke-free facility and opportunities to backfill forklift positions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, carry and stack 55 pounds.
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to push/pull heavy loads with a pallet truck.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
• Ability to work as part of a team and professionally communicate with all production and supervisory personnel
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with required bulk cheese.
• Return unused portions of bulk cheese to the cooler.
• Supply production lines with required anticake and other ingredients.
• Transfer TOSCA, pallets, and recyclable containers to the appropriate areas.
• Assist in other areas of production and backfill other forklift positions as needed
