• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Operate load former and manage stacking patterns.
• Identify and use approved dunnage.
• Form finished units quickly.
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Read work orders and customer requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and teamwork with machine crews.
• Use tape measures and other measurement/test equipment accurately.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming materials.
