Job summary

PFP Logistics LLC in Houston is seeking a 2nd Shift Bi-Lingual Warehouse Supervisor to manage 15-20 associates in a cold storage warehouse. You will supervise unloading, palletizing, and related tasks, ensuring safety, productivity, and client satisfaction while coordinating recruitment and onboarding as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years of supervising experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading a team toward goals.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience supervising a cold storage or warehouse team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 15-20 associates in a cold storage warehouse.
• Schedule and supervise unloading, palletizing, and other tasks.
• Monitor productivity and safety adherence; enforce procedures.
• Train staff on proper procedures and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies or damages.
• Build strong relationships with clients and coordinate with the workforce.

Position Overview:

• This role manages 15-20 associates at a cold storage warehouse unloading containers + palletizing floor load product.
• Main Objective: Build and manage a strong, dependable team to streamline our client's Warehouse Operations (Receiving Department)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Navigate customer requests and workload fluctuations
• Supervise and schedule team members unloading containers + other assigned tasks
• Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
• Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding
• Analyze Profit and Loss Statement

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of successfully supervising/managing a team towards set goals, objectives or service-level agreements
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
• Computer: Experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective leadership and organizational skills
