Job summary

Glovis America Inc. in Port Hueneme, CA, is seeking an experienced body shop technician to perform major bodywork to restore vehicles to factory standards. The role requires overtime flexibility and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Automotive Body Shop experience required.
• PPG Certification preferred.
• Paint surface certifications preferred.
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Light welding with stinger gun stud welding.
• Glass repairs on RR and RI.
• Metal prep, epoxy/primer, and refinishing work.
• Repair and refinish vehicle surfaces.
• Blocking, wet sanding, and panel adjustments.
• Hazmat and safety knowledge required.
• E-Coat prep and undercoating tasks.
