Job summary

Freight Breakers is seeking a 2nd Shift Associate to unload tires in our warehouse. Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5am–5:30pm, with a production-based pay structure per trailer unloaded.

You will unload tires, verify shipments, and keep the workspace clean and safe while meeting unloading targets. Responsibilities include unloading tires, following safety policies, and maintaining accurate records in the WMS.

2nd Shift Associate (Tire Unloader)

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5am-5:30pm

Join our warehouse team as a 2nd Shift Associate and help ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This fast-paced role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and collaborating with teammates to meet unloading targets.

Your responsibilities will include unloading tires, checking shipments against unloading ASN, and ensuring trailers are unloaded accurately and efficiently. You’ll also maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring products are handled properly and moved in a timely manner.

Unloading

Place the base of each stack toward the center of the rack, ensuring only one SKU is stored per rack. Keep each stack stable and securely arranged, with a cardboard slip sheet between every layer. Align all labels neatly and maintain straight, evenly stacked rows by following an imaginary vertical line.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload tires using a manual pallet jack in compliance with established safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
• Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and standard warehouse operating procedures always.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse areas and ensure all records in the warehouse management system are accurate and up to date.

Pay Structure

• Earn production pay for each trailer you unload, with no limit on the number of trailers you can complete per shift. Associates typically unload **3–4 trailers per shift**, and the payout for each trailer is based on its total load weight. Average daily earnings range from **$150–$250 or more**, depending on your productivity, work pace, and the number of trailers unloaded.
• Training: Once you successfully complete your training, you’ll transition to a production-based pay structure, earning compensation for each trailer you unload.
• Per-Trailer Pay: Associates earn **$40–$115 per trailer unloaded**, depending on the total weight of the trailer’s load.
• Daily Earnings: Associates typically unload **3–4 trailers per shift**, with the potential to earn **$150–$250 or more per day**. Earnings vary based on the number of trailers unloaded, the weight of each load, and individual productivity and work pace.
