Job summary

Mann & Hummel in Lake Wales, FL is seeking Production Workers for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) to join our manufacturing team. You will participate in assembling, manufacturing, and packaging products in a busy factory setting, supporting quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in high-volume manufacturing. Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to perform detailed, repetitive work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform highly detailed and repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical work in a manufacturing setting.
• Assemble goods on a production line.
• Monitor the production process for any issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure consistent speed and accuracy on the production line, making sure the production daily goal is met.
• Maintain waste and efficiency standards.
• Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Must effectively work and communicate with other team members to provide products and services of the highest quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
