Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator I for the second shift (Mon-Thu) to assemble and test electronic and mechanical components according to drawings and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Ideal candidates will have soldering experience, ability to read manufacturing drawings, and knowledge of SOPs/OMS. The position includes 2nd shift hours and a comprehensive benefits package as described by TE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechatronics/electronics technician degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following standardized work instructions and drawings.
• Test electronic and mechanical parts with emphasis on precision and quality.
• Read and interpret SOPs, OMS, and manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per 5S standards.
• Solder small parts and wires as needed.
• Operate microscopes for fine-detailed assembly tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist Team Leader with other duties as assigned.
