Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is helping a Hendersonville-based manufacturer hire 2 Manufacturing Associates for the 2nd shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM). Starting pay is $18.00 per hour in a climate-controlled facility with no heavy lifting and no prior manufacturing experience required.

Assemble small components using tweezers and small tools, inspect parts, and follow detailed instructions. Training is provided, with potential for permanency and benefits once hired.

Once hired permanently, employees are eligible for tenure-based increases:

• 7–12 months: +$0.50/hour

• 12–18 months: +$1.00/hour

• 19–24 months: +$1.00/hour

• 25–35 months: +$0.50/hour
