MS Companies is seeking a motivated Production Operator-Assembly (2nd Shift) to support automotive manufacturing operations in Springfield, OH. This contingent, temporary-to-hire role offers hands-on work on assembly lines with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Yours is a entry-level opportunity with daily pay options and a $100 referral bonus; the position features a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule and pays $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
