Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring for an Assembler on a 2nd shift with training on the 1st shift. Start as soon as possible with immediate openings and a competitive pay rate of $20+ per hour. This is a full-time opportunity with training provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities include assembling components from blueprints, reading BOMs, using measuring tools, and safely operating hand and power tools. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally 1 year of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and convert fractions/decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using blueprints and work instructions.
• Read bills of materials and use measuring tools.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Tag and label finished products.
• Maintain quality standards and a safe work environment.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
