Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Assembler/Painter for 2nd shift in York, PA. You will operate spray equipment to apply paint and primers, and prepare surfaces for finishing. The role requires maintaining equipment, cleaning work areas, and ensuring quality through checks.

Key qualifications include a forklift license and respirator certification, plus a high school diploma/GED or related experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have current forklift license and be certified for Respirator use.
• High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Use spray equipment to apply paint and primers.
• Clean, prepare surfaces to be painted, and mask as required.
• Maintain spray equipment and supplies.
• Label Units as required.
• Use test equipment and perform visual quality checks.
• Report work related injuries and near misses to supervision.
