Hitachi Energy is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Production Worker to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment. You will move and sort materials, monitor quality, and maintain daily production records under close supervision.

This role emphasizes adherence to standard procedures and precise data recording to support performance analysis and continuous improvement in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Entry Para-Professional (S1) level; little to no prior experience.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and instructions.
• Cleanliness and accuracy in recording production data.

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
