Job summary

KPS Global is seeking an assembler to join our Goodyear, AZ manufacturing team. The Assembler will follow established procedures to assemble fabricated parts, inspect quality, and support safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include reading diagrams, wiring simple connections, bending and lifting, operating hand tools, and maintaining paperwork. GED or HS diploma preferred; 1–3 years in manufacturing or construction is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Basic math and reading comprehension in English.

Responsibilities

• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components per diagrams.
• Inspecting product to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Reading job orders and blueprints to position material and components.
• Operating hand tools and basic electrical connections per diagrams.
• Maintaining all required paperwork and housekeeping per 5S standards.
