Job summary

Lucid Hearing is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist to join our Bentonville, AR team. In this full-time role, you will greet customers, perform free hearing screens, assess results, and recommend and dispense hearing solutions.

You will educate patients on device use, provide demonstrations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. This position emphasizes autonomy, customer service, and a strong sales mindset within a supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss

• Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
