• Comfort using AI-powered learning tools while focusing on coaching and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics.
• Assess life-skill mastery and help students reach weekly goals.
• Adapt coaching to developmental needs and use storytelling for engagement.
• Build supportive relationships to help students stretch beyond their expectations.
