Alpha reimagines the school day by pairing high-exposure coaching with adaptive learning to empower young students to master life skills. This full-time on-site role focuses on K-3 cohorts, combining one-hour life-skills workshops with personalized coaching to help children reach ambitious weekly goals.

You'll work across campuses in Palo Alto, Malibu, San Francisco, CA, leading enthusiastic sessions, measuring progress, and inspiring belief that each child can achieve more than they thought

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any subject and 3+ years working with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities and keeping children engaged.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve goals.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning and coaching rather than lecturing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• On-site work at Alpha campuses; relocation assistance available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using data analytics.
• Assess life-skill mastery through Alpha's framework.
• Adapt coaching to the developmental needs of the cohort with storytelling and movement.
• Build relationships to encourage ambitious weekly learning goals.
