The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree ( Master’s preferred) and 3+ years of elementary teaching experience, with literacy methods aligned to the Science of Reading and proficiency in Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• At least three years of elementary teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, pedagogy, and child development.
• Experience teaching literacy with Science of Reading aligned methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusive classroom practices with diverse families.
• Cultural competency and openness to multicultural perspectives.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Designs and facilitates engaging literacy, mathematics, social studies, and social-emotional learning experiences.
