Shoe Sensation, Inc. in Lower Burrell, PA is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time to lead the sales team when on duty and help customers find the right shoes and accessories. This entry-level management role offers growth opportunities within a company that promotes from within.

You'll greet customers, ring up sales, restock, teach others, and help the store run smoothly while maintaining a positive, friendly environment for teammates and shoppers alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and own transportation to run deposits.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.
• Able to open/close the store and work when alone in the store if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping experiences.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in the computer and process payments.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean at all times.
• Teach other team members how to perform duties.
• Lead the team to ensure best customer sales experience.

The 2 nd Assistant Manager is an entry level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. What you will do:

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.

What you need:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
