Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–Midnight) in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves assembling fuel transfer pumps and supporting production and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of assembly experience, be able to read technical drawings, and use hand and power tools. Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to be trained. Lift up to 50–70 lbs as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – Midnight

Pay Rate: $19/hour

• Wrap hoses and prepare products for shipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications
• Operate machinery to insert foam components
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
