Job summary

RBC Bearings in Greenville, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join the DGV assembly team on the 3rd shift. You will assemble all DGV products, work in a collaborative team environment, and contribute with minimal supervision while learning multiple processes.

The role requires basic math, PC skills, ability to lift 40 pounds, and use of hand tools. Starting pay is $25.12 per hour with a 5% shift differential; a performance review leads to increases and a potential raise to $30.71 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and operate basic hand tools.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• PC skills and keyboard proficiency.
