Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit seeks a Multi Site Security Officer for Bloomington, IL. This full-time role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts at various site locations in Bloomington and Champaign, IL, with a wage of $22.00 per hour.

You will perform access control, patrols, de-escalation, and safety reporting while engaging with staff and guests in a professional manner. Comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to interact professionally with others.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation at security entrances and exits.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in varying weather.
• Interact with client employees and guests on a daily basis.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during accidents or investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide directions or information.
• Carry out tasks and duties as assigned at each site.
