Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring for General Labor on 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Wisconsin plant. Starting wage is $25.61 per hour, with a bonus opportunity and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor and maintain safety standards.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop equipment per 5S standards.
• May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
