Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a warehouse associate at our Ohio facility to sort recyclables, bale materials, and operate a forklift. The role emphasizes safe lifting, consistent standing, and team collaboration.

Applicants must be 18+, proficient in English, pass a background check and drug test, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Daily Pay Offered and room to grow are provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclables such as plastic, cardboard, cans and bottles.
• Operate balers for plastic and cardboard.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Push, pull, twist and squat as needed.
• Operate forklift to load trailers with bales and pallets.
• Work as part of a team and independently when needed.

• Must be able to work as part of a team

• Operate forklift
• Use forklift to load trailers with bales and wood pallets
