Franklin Precision Industry, Inc. is hiring for an Assembly / Operator on 2nd and 3rd shifts in Franklin, KY. This full-time position involves manual labor on the shop floor with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.

You will inspect parts for quality, remove metal flash from cast aluminum components, and promptly inform the Team Leader of any quality issues. The role requires close vision and fine dexterity for 8–10 hour shifts while following PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use close vision and focus to determine quality of parts.
• Ability to quickly remove metal flash from cast aluminum parts.
• Ability to repetitively and continuously use fine dexterity for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Willingness to wear PPE—long pants, closed toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Responsabilités
