Role Description

The 2M Engineering Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Crane, IN. This role involves performing hands-on maintenance and repair tasks, including inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and assemblies in support of Department of Defense systems. The technician will use soldering and rework techniques to restore and maintain equipment to required standards, and operate a variety of test equipment to verify performance and reliability. Daily responsibilities include documenting work performed, maintaining accurate records, following established technical procedures, and complying with safety and quality standards. The role also requires effective communication with engineers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve technical issues.
