HB Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team in San Bernardino, CA. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $28/hour and is listed as Full-time; Temporary with a 9/80 schedule.

The position requires hands-on maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, and appliance repair, plus unit turns and property upkeep. A valid driver\'s license and insurability are required.

Qualificações

• Maintenance experience required; apartment complex experience is a plus.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, HVAC and appliance repair.
• Valid driver\'s license and insurable; clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Complete full unit turns to ready apartments for move-in.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC work.
• Install and repair appliances.
• Complete trash-outs of vacant units.
• Perform other interior and exterior maintenance on apartments and properties as needed.
• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Drive a company vehicle or personal vehicle within the assigned housing community as needed.
