Job summary

Durango School District 9-R invites applications for a Wrestling Specialist to assist the head coach and advocate for student athletes. This role supports the wrestling program and contributes to a positive season beginning in November 2026.

The ideal candidate holds CHSAA certification or a Colorado teaching certificate/license, and demonstrates fundamental wrestling knowledge, experience with school-aged athletes, and the ability to collaborate within a coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Current medical injury treatment coursework required.

• Ability to work as an integral part of the coaching staff
• Current medical injury treatment course work
