Here’s what you’ll be doing: Joining our schools as a paraprofessional comes with a lot of growth opportunities, but with great power comes great responsibility. Here are a few for this position:

• Provide small group or 1:1 instructional assistance in the form of remediation and repeated practice.

• Participate in the development and execution of individual, classroom-wide, and/or school-wide culture supports for students in accordance with school values.
• Follow all applicable safety rules, procedures, and regulations governing the proper manner of assistance for all students, including those with disabilities or other special needs.

Additional Information

KIPP NJ offers competitive salaries to Paraprofessional staff. Salaries are paid according to a scale based on years of in-role experience, ranging from $38,080 to$66,580.
