Job Description

Applications are being accepted for a Concessions Operator for the 2026/2027 school year at Durango High School.

Oversee concessions operations in conjunction with the athletics/activities department. Responsibilities include inventory, ordering, setting up prior to game events, assisting volunteers with operations for events, closing and organizing after events, and ensuring cash and sales are reconciled at the end of each event. Needs to meet with the athletics/activities department throughout the seasons.

Safe Food Certification is required; the school district can offer training.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with food preparation and service preferred
• Safe Food Certification required (training provided by the district)
