Assistant Boys' Golf Coach – Fall Season

Starting Date: Immediately

Position Type: Coaching

Salary: Per negotiated agreement (approximately $4,735 per season).

General Functions

• Supports the High School in all its athletic programs and demonstrates commitment to strengthen relations with the educational system and the coaching profession.
• Supports the head coach in conducting the athletic program for this sport.
• Maintains knowledge of rules and regulations concerning the sport.
• Assumes any duties assigned by the head coach pertaining to the overall athletic program and assumes responsibilities of the head coach in the head coach’s absence.
• Works under the accountability of the head coach, athletic director, and principal.
• Accompanies and directs the assigned team to all games and practices.
• Holds a current first aid and CPR card.
• Keeps current on all required clock hours depending on coaching level.
• Exemplifies good sportsmanship and upholds the same expectations as the head coach.
