Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Cloud Architect to design, govern, and modernize cloud infrastructures across multi-cloud and secure environments for enterprise AI workloads.

The role requires TS with SCI eligibility, a CS/Engineering/Data Science degree (master preferred), 8+ years of cloud architecture experience, and AWS/Azure expertise, including DoD contexts. Expect architecture artifacts and Zero Trust security focus.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master preferred.
• 8+ years of cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and cloud governance.
• Experience producing architecture documentation and technical standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud reference architectures across AWS GovCloud, C2S, SC2S, and JWCC environments.
• Develop multi-cloud integration and modernization strategies.
• Produce architecture artifacts and engineering documentation using DoDAF methodologies.
• Design AI/ML infrastructure including GPU-enabled environments and model hosting architectures.
• Implement scalable hosting environments for agentic AI services.
• Support architecture governance, technology evaluations, and analysis of alternatives.
• Develop cloud security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Salary Range:

$120k - $145k
