Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage and secure the Guard’s networks. You will send, receive, and process messages and data across sophisticated systems, maintain and troubleshoot logistics and classified data, and build firewalls to protect against cyber threats.

Through 10 weeks of Basic Training and 20 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, you will gain practical skills and earn a regular paycheck while pursuing tuition assistance.

Requirements
  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate

  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
