Buckeye Elementary School District seeks a Paraprofessional A- Self Contained/Side-by-Side to support special education teachers with IEP implementation and individualized instruction in a classroom setting. The role includes supervising students in various settings and assisting with personal needs as required.
Applicants must have AZ DPS IVP fingerprint clearance and certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, CPR, and First Aid.

Purpose: Assist special education teachers with individualized instruction, implementation of each child’s individualized educationprogram (IEP), monitoring student behavior, and assist students with personal needs, including, but not limited to toiletry, feeding, adaptive equipment, etc.
Must obtain and maintain a AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card(required).
