Raley's in California is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the pharmacy manager and help run a patient-centered retail operation. You’ll engage with customers, provide high-quality care, and ensure accurate prescription processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes immunizations, MTM, travel health at select locations, and collaboration with a well-staffed team to deliver excellent service and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD).

• Strong knowledge of OTC drugs, pharmacy products and third-party plans.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the operation of the pharmacy with exceptional customer service and efficient prescription processing.

The Staff Pharmacist works under the general guidance of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to assist in the overall operation of the site pharmacy operation. Provides a contemporary patient-centric retail pharmacy focus by taking time to speak to patients and establish high quality professional care to customers.

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products and third party plans.
• Knowledge Pharmacy Policy & Procedure Procedures.
• Knowledge of financial reports and their use.
