Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Satellite Systems Operator/Maintainer II at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. In this role, you will manage operational SATCOM networks, execute mission planning, and deliver secure communications for national objectives.

The ideal candidate has expertise in SATCOM operations, a high school diploma, and IAT Level II certification. This is a full-time on-site position with a salary range of $85,000 – $105,000 and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in SATCOM operations/maintenance.
• IAT Level II Certification upon hire (CompTIA Security+ preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational SATCOM networks under time-critical circumstances.
• Support daily on-console payload operations and telemetry.
• Provide payload performance monitoring and status updates.
