Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC in Reno, NV seeks a Service Specialist to manage 24/7 service and support for multiple client accounts, focusing on implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of control systems for continuous facility operations.

You will participate in system design, configuration, and onsite startup, work with BACnet and DDC/PLC/DCS technologies, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve performance.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in approved mechanical or electrical program.
Experience in service and support operations in a 24/7 environment.
HVAC/building automation systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
Identify and address malfunctions promptly.
Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and develop system documentation.
Assist with design reviews, commissioning, and customer demonstrations.
Provide on-site installation and startup support at client facilities.
Support incident response and on-call rotation including after-hours availability.
