Job summary

Nusano is seeking a Plant Technician to maintain and improve its West Valley City facility infrastructure for 24/7 radioisotope production. You will execute preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshoot system faults, and support safety, reliability and compliance initiatives while coordinating with vendors and on-call teams.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, CMMS proficiency (IBM Maximo), and the ability to operate in a regulated, high-hazard environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training or certification.
3+ years in building, facilities, or industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems.
Proficiency with CMMS for work orders and asset management.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor and maintain facility utility systems including PCW, HVAC, and electrical distributions.
Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance per SOPs and safety rules.
Complete work orders in IBM Maximo with labor, materials, findings and actions.
Support vendor/contractor coordination and track procurement timelines.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis to sustain production.
