Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a Union environment.
• Valid driver's license for driving company vehicle on plant site.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of all hourly employees during a shift.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities for manufacturing products.
• Ensures the safety of all personnel on shift.
• Engage the hourly workforce to discourage third party representation.
