Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join the labor and delivery team at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. You will provide around-the-clock in-house coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients, ensuring timely, high-quality care for mothers and newborns.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Applicants who require visa sponsorship are eligible to apply.
• Ability to obtain OH medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, including OB triage, inpatient admissions, labor management, deliveries, and obstetric emergencies.
• Evaluate and manage OB/GYN patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Collaborate with community obstetricians, nursing staff, and perinatal teams for coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary OB critical care teams to support maternal care quality.
• Serve as a clinical resource to ensure consistent obstetric coverage.
