Job summary

KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems division seeks a Flight Operations Specialist to support a Foreign Military Sales training program. The TOC Operations Specialist assists the Squadron Coordination Center, ensuring effective communication and execution of flight and ground operations across six annual training events with around-the-clock coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over 4 years of military ops, TOC management or tactical coordination.
• Strong understanding of flight and ground ops procedures.
• Proficiency in planning and reporting tools.
• Ability to read MEF forms.

Responsibilities

• Support SCC and Flight Operations Section management.
• Operate and support 24-hour field operations across six annual training events.
• Communicate with units to maintain operational awareness.
• Synchronize administrative flight and ground operations during missions.
• Prepare orders, plans, and intelligence summaries.
• Maintain situational awareness tools and update OMIS.
• Develop and deliver training instruction.
• Attend planning and synchronization meetings.
• Perform duties as assigned by Site Lead and PM.
