Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Satisfactory criminal background and reference check.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Display mature behavior in speech and action.
  • Negative communicable disease screen (including TB).
  • Ability to maintain acceptable work attendance record /follow work schedule.
  • Ability to organize and utilize time effectively.
  • Negative drug screen (if performed).

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal cares including ADL assistance and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
  • Answer call lights promptly and follow care plans.
  • Assist with meals, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Document observations and participation accurately.
  • Assist with housekeeping and activities for residents.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance.
