Job summary

Curai Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to run the 24x7x365 virtual primary care clinic across 50 states, reporting to the COO and supervising the non-clinician care team while ensuring clinician scheduling and SLA attainment.

You will leverage AI tools to improve productivity, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, and monitor KPIs in a remote-first, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare/clinical field.
• 5–7 years in clinical or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years leading non-clinician staff.
• Ownership of clinician scheduling/coverage or real-time queue management.
• Proven track record of improving clinical/operational KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with AI-forward workflows and using AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Experience with telehealth, virtual care, or digital health.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the non-clinician care team (medical assistants, prior authorization specialists, clinical operations specialists).
• Own clinician scheduling and coverage planning for a 24x7 operation across time zones.
• Manage real-time patient queue and throughput to meet SLAs and reduce wait times.
• Forecast staffing needs using data and AI-enabled insights; flag capacity risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive AI-driven improvements in operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on tooling and automation.
