Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills in crisis situations
• Demonstrates ability to follow treatment plans and care for consumers

Responsibilities

• Accepts emergency/crisis calls and responds to front-line needs
• Triages calls according to intensity and service needs
• Assists residents in areas of physical care and hygiene
• Documents client behaviors in Electronic Medical Records
• Participates in activities for clients
• Prepares, gives, and participates in instructional training
