nTech Workforce in Newark, DE seeks a Junior Project Management Analyst to assist in planning, execution, and completion under guidance of a senior PM. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You'll help develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and support documentation and continuous improvement. Local candidates only; travel 1-2 times per month; office-based hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Engineering experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 6 months
• This position is hybrid. The office is located in Newark DE.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are in-office days.
• Travel is required for team meetings and site visits (1-2 times per month).

Overview

A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Monitor project progress and identify/address issues or risks
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management on project status
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentationsSupport implementation of project management best practices and processes
• Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• Support development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Engineering Experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools required.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities to manage large order volumes.
• Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Primavera (P6), Microstation, CAD skills are plus
• PMP certificatio is plus (highly preferred)
• Prior experience supporting utility programs, utility construction, or electric distribution projects.
