Job summary

Direct Demo LLC is hiring a Sales Representative to promote nutritional supplements at the Webster Costco. We’re seeking positive, energetic individuals who excel in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Shifts run 10am–5pm with weekend days offering the best commissions. You’ll receive a promotional kit, bi-weekly pay, and the chance to earn substantial daily income based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to approach and engage customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confident interaction with Costco members.
• Experience with direct sales and promoting products in a retail environment.
• Basic computer and email skills to handle quick communications and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company in a professional manner at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2′ x 4′ folding table and products to and from your car; stand for up to 7 hours.
• Work independently as the sole team member per location.

WE’RE CURRENTLY HIRING A SALES REP FOR THE WEBSTER COSTCO!

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

Available Demo Hours:

10am-5:00pm ~ All days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay!

Compensation:

• Starting at $23-24/hr COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $500 per day!

Bonus Payout:

We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.

• Sell 30 Super Greens, you’ll make $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you’ll make $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you’ll make $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2′ x 4′ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
