Schnucks in Evansville, IN is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead a busy bakery department, supervise staff, and maintain safety and customer service standards. The role requires coordinating schedules, training teammates, and managing daily production with a focus on quality and sanitation.

Key duties include processing bakery orders, stocking displays, and working with bakery plant and vendors. Strong leadership and reliability are essential, with 40 hours/week and weekend flexibility.

Competenze

• Minimum six months of management experience.
• Minimum six months of bakery experience.
• Minimum six months employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store/Facility Teammates).
• Minimum one year employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store Support Center Teammates).
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Job Description

The Bakery Manager will perform all the duties and job functions of an experienced clerk. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.

The position is 40 hours per week. Flexible availability including weekends is important in our retail environment. Hours may range from 4:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
