Job summary

Schnucks is hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager in Missouri. The role involves performing duties of an experienced clerk, solving problems, interpreting instructions, and covering for the Department Manager in their absence.

You will lead daily activities, schedule production, train teammates, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality product rotation while delivering friendly service both in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of related experience.
• 40 hours per week with flexible availability including weekends.
• Internal candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).

The candidate must have the ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions. The Assistant Manager will assume the responsibility of the Department Manager in their absence.
