Teaching Artist Assistant (TAA) - 21st CCLC Teaching Artist Assistant (TAA) provides direct support to actively participating students in before-school, after-school, and summer programming, assisting in the implementation of academic and enrichment activities aligned with the approved 21st CCLC grant plan, school-day learning objectives, and program performance goals.
This position supports student achievement and social-emotional development through small group instruction, arts-integrated enrichment, and structured supervision, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
The Teaching Artist Assistant reports to the Site Coordinator and works collaboratively with Site Coordinators, teachers,instructional staff, enrichment partners, and school personnel to support high-quality program delivery and student engagement.
