Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a casino dealer to deal assigned games with precision and outstanding customer service. You will audition in Blackjack and Baccarat to join a team in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include dealing according to rules, shuffling, calculating card values, exchanging cash for chips, paying bets, and completing required forms. Candidates should be 21+, have 6 months experience or dealer's school, and maintain knowledge of gaming

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Six months of prior experience or dealer's school preferred.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Excellent customer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend and reach across a gaming table.
• Ability to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.

Job Description

Deal assigned games in an accurate manner while providing outstanding customer service. Successful candidates must pass an audition in both Blackjack and Baccarat.

Job Functions

• Deal game according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square. Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
• Complete any required forms, records, and documents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Must have excellent customer skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
